Shipping policy

Cashen’s Gap generally ships all in stock products within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the order. During busier periods of high order volume this may be increased, with handling times ranging 5-7 business days prior to shipment. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. If an order is placed that includes an item not currently in stock, we hold the entire order until that item becomes available. 

All domestic and international orders are sent via Royal Mail. Domestic: Tracked48. International: International Tracked. Postage is calculated by weight. 

We ship from the UK: customs charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the laws of the recipient country and are the responsibility of the customer without exceptions. When ordering from Cashen’s Gap you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We will not open sealed LPs before shipping as, once opened, they can no longer be sold as new if the product is returned. All of our records are shipped in a sturdy, padded vinyl mailer.
